A: Agricultural division

This division is responsible to supplies the company with raw material, via oil seed cultivation contract agreement with the farmers, and in the other hand provide the sufficient technical and agronomical support for them by our expertise, and Finally purchasing the framer's products as a feed for the oil extraction complex.

B: Oil extraction complex

The responsibility of this complex is producing the different grade of vegetable oil and vegetable meal in accordance with the customer's requests.

The methods of oil extraction and meal processing will be as follow.

Oil extraction

1- Mechanical extraction by means of expeller.

2- Solvent extraction by HEXANE.

3- Combination of both methods.

Meal processing

1- Employ the desolventiser and toaster, for animal feed with PDI variation: 8 to 20

2- Employ the vacuum flash desolventizer /striper for production of White flake  and defatted soy flour, with the minimum PDI of 70 depending on soy quality.  

According to high protein dispersible index, (high PDI), white flake or defatted soy Flour is the best starting material for production of the following vegetable protein:

ISOLATE SOY PROTEIN (ISP) SOY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE (SPC), and TEXTURIZE   SOY PROTEIN (TSP).
